With amazing views over Norfolk marshland, over 100ft of quay headed mooring & accessed via a wood chip road she will give you a truly authentic Norfolk Broads holiday.

TV, DVD, Playstation 2. Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, electric cooker, hob and fridge. Master bedroom with views of the river & queen size bed & TV. Twin bedroom with hanging space and drawers, flat screen TV. Family bathroom with over bath shower. 1st Floor: Twin bedroom with hanging space & drawers, en-suite shower room, TV & DVD. Fishing shed including fridge/freezer.
The Pod: Double bed, TV, hanging space & drawers. En-suite shower room.
The Boathouse: King size bed, hanging space & drawers. Kitchenette with 2 ring hob, sink. En-suite shower room. Flat screen TV. Utility room including washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
All TV's have freeview. Bed linen and towels included. WiFi also included. Parking for 3 cars. River Fishing from the garden in season, a licence is required.
