1st floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom & wooden cot, 1 very large bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 single bedroom, a large 'family' bathroom and walk-in airing cupboard.
2nd floor: Steep stairs lead to 2 'attic' bedrooms with exposed beams. 1 double & a long triple bedroom with 3 single beds
Children welcome. Good-sized lawn & parking for 4 - 5 cars.

Long kitchen/dining room, fully equipped with D/W, M/W, F/F, W/D, electric cooker etc.
1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom (+ sofa bed in the sitting room for occasional use)
Large bathroom with 2 doors, walk/wheel-in shower (no bath), low basin, high loo, and instant hot water. Double glazing throughout gives extra warmth in the winter.
NB. If any special equipment is required by disabled users it needs to be organised well ahead.

1st floor: Light, L-shaped sitting/dining room (+ 4` Futon sofa bed to sleep an extra 1 or 2), colour TV/DVD/Video, mobile telephone & F/F. A separate kitchenette with elec.cooker, M/W, D/W, W/M, etc.
Outside: Patio area, chairs & table, lawn & parking.
