The location is excellent for both coasts (approx 16 mins) and very near the extremely attractive small cathedral city of Truro, which has many restaurants, theatre, cinema and strong retailing centre.
The Coach House is an attractive property built in the mid Victoiran period, set in 25 acres of beautiful manor grounds and wonderful wild woods and surrounded by rolling countryside. With lovely views over farmland and countryside from the extensive gardens, which are bursting with flowers and shrubs, which change with the seasons, this makes a perfect retreat for those who want to relax and totally wind down! The woods are particularly beautiful in April and May when the bluebells are out.
The front of the Coach House faces onto a cobbled courtyard, and the back overlooks a private & spacious garden, ideal for relaxing in the sun or dining alfresco. It's a great space for kids to kick a ball around. The garden is accessible from the kitchen.
The extensive grounds include a hard tennis court. Please enquire in advance if you would like to book a hitting partner. There is a table tennis table and piano within the property.

As you enter through glass doors to hall. To the right is the games room, opposite the downstairs shower room and left through to dining room which leads on through archway and step to kitchen. There is a door out of the kitchen to a small porch and then on to the garden. The stairs leads out of the kitchen to the landing which has a large sash window looking into our bluebell wood.
One door leads to the sitting room the other door leads into twin bedroom-the other side of which is a conventional passage with double & twin bedroom as well as bathroom.

The Coach House is built around a cobbled area which is a little irregular, there is a step up into the hall and a further step between dining room and kitchen-there are no bedrooms down

The Coach House is accessed by a drive, and is located 5 minutes by car from the small Cornish Cathederal city of Truro, and 15 minutes from both the North and South Coasts. Truro has everything from large stores, through to elegant boutiques, lovely gift shops, art galleries and restaurants.
Explore Cornwalls many miles of beautiful coastline, from luxurious sandy beaches to picturesque harbour villages, untouched by time. Visit splendid gardens and historic locations, which Cornwall has many of. Walk along the many scenic bridleways and footpaths that meander through this beautiful county. Alternatively enjoy water sports, including surfing and sailing on the many wonderful stretches of beaches that trail along the Cornish coastline.
