In No.3 Minster's Reach, the living room has a large LCD TV and BluRay player, an ipod dock, audio system and Free WiFi available for all our guests.
The main bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a king size memory foam pocket sprung bed, plenty of wardrobe space and flat screen TV. We also have a double sofabed in the living area for additional guests, so the apartment easily sleeps 4 adults or a family of 4. The comfortable bed and sofabed both have high quality 400 thread count bedding to make your stay pure luxury.
There is also a travel cot and highchair available for the smaller members of your family. The family bathroom has a shower and a full sized bath. We have just fitted a new bathroom suite and had the room retiled, so its all clean and brand new!

Our holiday apartments in York are so close to the City Centre, you even need your car during your stay and parking couldnt be easier. It's just 20 metres away from Monk Bar 24 hour Car Park!
You will also find an iron and ironing board in the apartment and a hairdryer will be in the bedroom for you as well. All hand and bath towels will be provided for your stay and all bedding is provided for the main bed and sofa bed too. We do ask that parents bring their own cot bedding though.
Each apartment has a fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke alarm to ensure your safety.
In terms of bookings, we are very flexible on dates, so if you don't see your ideal dates in the booking system, please send us an enquiry form and this will email your requirements to us. We may be able to fit you in, providing this does not confict with existing bookings or cleaning services.
We are able to take payment by Credit or Debit Card, cheque or BACS transfer through our online booking system, just click on the availability link and this will take you through the booking process.
Please note that a provisional booking will be held for 5 days, and after this the dates will be released to enable re-booking by other parties if payment is not received during this time.
A £150 deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance of the booking charge is to be paid 6 weeks in advance of your arrival. However, if you make a late booking, during the 6 weeks prior to your stay, the total balance is due upon booking.
We do not ask for a security deposit as we trust our guests to look after the apartments during their stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or deep cleaning if required. An invoice will be sent via email in these highly unusual circumstances.

York Minster is one of York's most famous tourist attractions and is well worth a look around during your visit.
Visit York's Jorvik Viking Museum - become a Viking for the day, live their life and smell the smells of Viking life
You can also take a boat ride down the River Ouse on a Red Boat River Cruise either by day or by night. This is a really informative, relaxing journey learning the history of York whilst you sail gently down the River.
York Art Gallery is the home to some fascinating paintings, displayed over two floors of the gallery. The age of the paintings span over six hundred years and range from the 14th Century to more recent works by David Hockney or LS Lowry.
The York Dungeon is always popular with York's tourists. Its very scary indeed and well worth a visit during your stay!
York is home to its famous Ghost Walks, which meet every night at The Shambles at 7.30pm. They will give you the blood chilling details of York's history in a really funny, amusing and exciting way!
