Despite its quiet location it has excellent access to Cornwall's major routes and is within a mile of local shops and a fish restaurant. The Farmhouse is furnished as a comfortable family home with a real log burner in the lounge, a large family dining area, and table tennis, table football and a mini snooker table in the games annexe. The rear garden is secluded and overlooks fields. There are 3 double bedrooms and a children's room containing 3 bunk beds. Newquay Airport is only 5 miles away with Newquay, Padstow and most north coast beaches within a 10-15 minute drive.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Although duvets are provided you will need to provide your own bed linen and towels. The property will be cleaned after each let but we would ask that you endeavour to leave it in good order.
Notes on accommodation
There is kindling provided free of charge for lighting the log burner. Larger logs can usually be found in the lobby, garage or at the rear of the property for use in the burner. The upstairs bathroom and the majority of the carpets have just been replaced. The property is strictly no smoking. Whilst pets are allowed we kindly ask that they are not allowed into the bedrooms.
Accessibility
Drive and rear access to the property is gravel and possibly unsuited to wheelchair use. However, there are few steps at ground level and use of a sofa bed, toilet and shower on the ground floor.
Outside
There is a picnic table and tree swing in the rear garden. Sun loungers, games nets, bats and balls can be found in the garage.
