No.1 Misnter's Reach has an open plan living room and a kitchen with a dining area for 4 people, it has a family bathroom and large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. It also has a lovely private garden area.
In the living room there's a large LCD TV and BluRay player where you can spend your nights watching your favourite films. It also has an ipod dock, audio system and Free WiFi available for all our guests' entertainment. The kitchen has a hob and cooker, and extractor hood. There is also a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of crockery, cutlery and all the gadgets you'll need during your stay.
The bedroom is large and beautifully decorated and has a luxurious king size memory foam pocket sprung bed, lots of wardrobe space and flat screen TV. We also have a double sofabed in the living area for additional guests, so the apartment easily sleeps 4 adults or a family of 4.
The comfy beds both have high quality 400 thread count bedding to really make your stay pure luxury. There is also a travel cot and highchair available for smaller members of the family.
The family bathroom has a shower and a full sized bath. A new bathroom suite has just been fitted and retiled, so its all clean and brand new!

Parking:
Our York holiday apartments are so close to the City Centre, you won't need your car during your stay and parking couldnt be easier. I'ts only 20 metres away from Monk Bar 24 hour Car Park!
Towels, Bedding and other bits and pieces:
You will also find an iron and ironing board in the apartment and a hairdryer will be in the bedroom for you too. All hand and bath towels are provided for your stay and all bedding is provided for the main bed and sofa bed too. We do ask that parents bring their own cot bedding though.
Safety:
Each apartment has a fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke alarm to ensure your safety.
In regards to bookings, We are very flexible on dates, so if you don't see your ideal dates in the booking system, we may be able to fit you in, providing this does not conflict with existing bookings or cleaning services.
We are able to take payment by Credit or Debit Card, cheque or BACS transfer through our online booking system, simply click on the availability link on our website and this will take you through the booking process.

York Minster is one of York's most famous tourist attractions and is well worth a look around during your visit.
Visit York's Jorvik Viking Museum - become a Viking for the day, live their life and smell the smells of Viking life.
You can take a boat ride down the River Ouse on a Red Boat River Cruise either by day or by night. This is a really informative, relaxing journey learning the history of York whilst you sail gently down the River.
York Art Gallery is the home to some fascinating paintings, displayed over two floors of the gallery. The age of the paintings span over six hundred years and range from the 14th Century to more recent works by David Hockney or LS Lowry.
The York Dungeon is always popular with York's tourists. Its very scary indeed and well worth a visit during your stay!
York is home to some famous Ghost Walks, which meet every night at The Shambles at will give you the blood chilling details of York's history in a really funny, amusing and exciting way! It's a spine tingling experience. Lets hope it doesnt haunt you forever......
