There's also a large LCD TV and BluRay player, an ipod dock, audio system and Free WiFi available for all our guests.
This beautiful loft style apartment sleeps up to 5 adults and 1 baby in its double bedrooms, and its double sofa bed in the living area). In addition to this, we have a travel cot available for your use during your stay for smaller members of your family.
The main double bedroom is beautifully decorated and has its own LCD TV. The beds all have high quality 400 thread count bedding to make your stay extra special. We have also chosen the latest memory foam pocket sprung mattresses so you're guaranteed a great night's sleep.
The open plan kitchen has a brand new hob and cooker, and it also has an extractor hood. There is also a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and crockery, cutlery and kitchen gadgets to make yor stay more relaxing.
The bathroom is brand new and has just been fitted and tiled. There's a shower and a bath, so you have the best of both worlds, and we've provided luxury body wash and hand wash too.
We offer a truly professional guest service, with a fast enquiry response, so you won't have to wait to find out if you can make your booking.
We take your booking personally though, and offer a personal service from your enquiry right through to your return visit!

Parking
Our York holiday apartments are so close to the City Centre, you won't need your car during your stay and parking couldnt be easier. I'ts just 20 metres away from Monk Bar 24 hour Car Park!
Towels, Bedding and other bits and pieces
You will also find an iron and ironing board in the apartment and a hairdryer will be in the bedroom for you too. All hand and bath towels will be provided for your stay and all bedding is provided for the main bed and sofa bed too. We do ask that parents bring their own cot bedding though.
Safety
Each apartment has a fire blanket, fire extinguisher and smoke alarm to ensure your safety
Booking Flexibility
We are very flexible on dates, so if you don't see your ideal dates in the booking system, please complete the enquiry form and this will email your requirements to us. We may be able to fit you in, providing this does not confict with existing bookings or cleaning services.

We are able to take payment by Credit or Debit Card, cheque or BACS transfer through our online booking system, just click on the availability link and this will take you through the booking process.

You can take a boat ride down the River Ouse on a Red Boat River Cruise either by day or by night. This is a really informative, relaxing journey learning the history of York whilst you sail gently down the River.
York Art Gallery is the home to some fascinating paintings, displayed over two floors of the gallery. The age of the paintings span over six hundred years and range from the 14th Century to more recent works by David Hockney or LS Lowry.
The York Dungeon is always popular with York's tourists. Its very scary indeed and well worth a visit during your stay!
York is home to its famous Ghost Walks, which meet every night at The Shambles at 7.30pm.
They will give you the blood chilling details of York's history in a really funny, amusing and exciting way!
