Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All linen supplied and changed on change over day and property totally cleaned prior to arrival of new guests, however guests are expected to leave the property clean and tidy. Towels not supplied.
The property is fully central heated, electricity is included in the price.
The garden is fully enclosed and laid to lawn with trees and shrubs, there is a patio area with outdoor furniture to seat six people and spare chairs for additional guests. There is a barbecue supplied free of charge.
Saturday changeover with departure by 10 am and arrival after 3pm.

The property is very well located for access to all routes and is 5 minutes from Monkey World. 10 minutes from Corfe Castle and Swanage Railway. 20 minutes from Swanage beach and Lulworth Cove and Studland.
