On the first floor are 3 more double bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a Juliette balcony. The holiday site has everything needed to keep the adults and children entertained all the year round. Bars, pools, gym, health spar, tennis, golf are all available. Great to relax if you have been busy all day exploring all Cornwall has to offer. There is a 9 hole golf course on the complex, this is great fun for getting some fresh air and only costs £5. It is not good enough for the experts but you can limber up here before heading off to one of the many courses within a 30 min drive. Free Wi-Fi is available within the bar.

This property is perfect if any of your party have mobility problems. The route to and from the club house facilities are level if slopes only. In the house one double bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, there are no high steps to access the house.

There is a patio and picnic table on the rear of the house. The grounds of the complex include many great play areas for the children. In Summer the large outside pool is opened. The indoor pool is open all year round. Tennis and golf are also open all year.
