A very clean and tidy apartment in the London suburb called Finchley which is a very safe and nice area. It is located in a quiet residential road away from passing traffic or train noise. I will also provide basic foods on your arrival including 2 pints milk, tea, coffee, sugar, small box of cereal, margarine, jam, small loaf of bread, salt, pepper, cooking oil etc. This should save you packing and carrying excess weight and will give you more time to relax upon your arrival. The apartment is all open plan. It is L shaped. Starting from the top of the 'L' there is the Kitchenette, then there is a dressing area, then there is a reasonable sized lounge area and then in the corner of the 'L' (which you cannot see in the photos) is a double bed area which sleeps 2. The sofa acts as a further double bed when required, and I also have another single that can be fit in so sleeping 5 maximum.

The bathroom is a designer bathroom with bath, shower, marble floors, granite shelves and hi-spec fittings. The shower is thermostatically controlled for your comfort.

The Studio Apartment is in an 'L' shape and the bedroom area is in the small of the L and doesn't feel as if it dominates the apartment leaving plenty of room to enjoy the space, including the hi-fi and TV (with dozens of cable channels to choose from). Broadband cable connection is also available. Linen is provided and there will be an additional charge of £25 per person for more than 2 people staying. Cots are available for babies and/or toddlers.

Notes: Broadband wireless internet service is available. The charge is £10.

Discounts are available for stays longer than 7 nights.

A 25% deposit (£200 minimum) will be required in advance to secure a booking. The balance is paid on arrival. Your credit card details will be required for security for return of keys and for any damage made to the apartment.

Check in time is 15:30 hours, unless an earlier time is agreed.
Check out time is 10:00 hours. Later check are possible, depending on whether new guests will be arriving on the same day, for a small charge.
The balance of payment is required in cash upon arrival, for the whole amount. Payment can me made in euros - see currency conversion website http:///ucc/
Surcharges

The cleaning charge is £35 for up to 2 persons. Extra persons are £5 each.

The price includes 2 people staying. Each extra person is £25 for first week and then pro-rata thereafter.

The internet charge is £10 per stay - Optional - please advise if this is required.

The apartment is located in West Finchley, just 3-4 minutes walk from West Finchley underground station.

It is only 15-20 minutes into central London on the tube, and so is very convenient for Central London.

Very near to large supermarkets including Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's.

Close to beautiful Hampstead and the lovely surroundings.

General Area of Finchley Central: It is a very clean and tidy apartment and it is in the London suburb called Finchley which is a very safe and nice area. It is located in a quiet residential road away from passing traffic or train noise.

In terms of amenities, the apartment is approximately 4 minutes walk to West Finchley tube station and there are a few shops including a sweet shop and a small supermarket where you can buy the basics. Then, about 10 minutes walk (or there are bus services from the top of the road), there is Finchley Central or North Finchley which has Tesco's, Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets. They also have the full range of banks and building societies. North Finchley has more extensive shopping facilities including a very wide range of general shops, cafes and restaurants and should be able to cater for all of your needs.

Facilities and local bus: The apartments are very well situated in West Finchley only minutes from the underground station which takes you straight into central London without changing. It is 25 minutes from Kings Cross (approx 2.5 hours from Paris!!).

There are also buses at the top of my road and excellent shopping facilities nearby. If you decided to hire a car there are no parking restrictions or parking charges as ther
