Further details indoors:The apartment has been decorated in neutral colours and it has a lovely serene feel to it. If you wish to have a break, then this could be perfect. This first floor apartment is equipped with mod-cons including a computer with a TV acting as a screen and internet access so perfect for those that wish to work and relax at the same time. It is possible to walk to most parts of Brighton from this address, including the Station (just a few minutes), the Pier, Theatre Royal and the shopping area.

Further details outdoors:There is no parking available, but there is limited pay and display parking along Buckingham Road up to 2 hours. Guests can park in the resident bays from 8pm til 9am the following morning. There are many central NCP car parks nearby. Car park to the rear of the station on Fleet Street cost only £22 for the whole week and is less than a 15 mins walk from the apartment. Recommended to see the NCP website for further information.

There is an information folder on arrival, however if this isn't sufficient then more can be offered. Special requirements such as hampers, wine and check-ins are available on request, please just ask when booking and we will try to accommodate.

There is broadband access available in the flat with a mouse and computer, the dongle provided is a pay as you go.

The communal area leading up to the flat is kept clean, however is in need of a lick of paint. This has been programmed to be done once the external works have been completed.

Conditions

£150 deposit will be required to secure the booking and full payment 4 weeks prior to the check in date. The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days after check out, provided nothing is broken or missing.

The property's weekend rates apply to: Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights

Brighton is a vibrant city, it has so much to offer. Please google for more information, whether it is for shopping, work, holiday or for cultural reasons.

East Sussex is known for its varied coastline which offers spectacular cliff top walks, including the Seven Sisters Park and Beachy Head. There is also the protected South Downs with the clearly marked South Downs way to enable you to enjoy the scenery either on foot or mountain bike for miles.

The Brighton and Hove / Central Brighton area

Brighton & Hove is now a thriving city, one hour away from London and known by many as "London by the Sea". There is something to suit everyone, the Theatre Royal, Pavillion, the Brighton Centre, Brighton Marina, Sealife Centre and of course many restaurants and pubs to chose from. For those that love shopping for something different, then you must explore The Lanes and the North Laines with their wide variety of little boutiques and specialist shops, whilst Churchill Square shopping centre hosts the brand name shops that you would expect in any major City.

If you wish to get some fresh air and a break from the bustle, then there are some spectacular walks on the South Downs way or along the coast-line. There are many little villages tucked away in the Sussex countryside for you to explore with some excellent pubs.

The apartment is just a few minutes walk from Brighton Station.
It is easily accessible by all modes of transport.
