They are light and airy with a luxurious and tranquil feel with a romantic ambiance. You can view the ocean/bay first thing in the morning and last thing at night through your bed-room windows. With the natural cool breeze coming from the ocean/sea view often makes it un-necessary to make use of the air-conditioning.
