Directly opposite the little beach at Kera, Villa Icarus couldn't be better located. The prestigious, Aegean Blue, development of villas is in a wonderful position between Kalives and Almirida; approximately 15 minutes walk into either village down a path opposite the villa.

This beautifully presented, fully air-conditioned, modern villa has 3 bedrooms and will sleep up to 6 - we recommend no more than 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.

The villa is single storey with a magnificent, spacious roof terrace (with table and chairs) thereby creating another sun bathing area apart from the terraces around the pool.

Villa Icarus has been completed throughout in a modern style in keeping with its exterior design. Patio doors from the comfortably furnished lounge open up directly on to the pool terrace and the wonderful sea views across Souda Bay. There is a TV and DVD and CD players for your entertainment.

The kitchen/ diner area is comprehensively equipped with all appliances (see amenities list below), a modern dining table and chairs.

There are 3 bedrooms, two of them are double and one is a compact twin (single bed with another single which pulls out from underneath). One of the double rooms has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawer storage space. All bedrooms open on to small patios or terraces.

Outside, on the front terrace is a mosaic tiled infinity swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. If you tire of the pool, the little sand and pebble beach at Kera is just across the road (and down a track).

This villa is in a very convenient location and is an excellent choice for those clients who do not wish to hire a car for the duration of their holiday. Almirida's sandy beach and facilities are a mere 15 minutes walk from the Villa Icarus.

Villa Icarus is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).

Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except for beach and pool towels, weekly maid service and linen change and a welcome pack. There are NO hidden extras.

NB - breakages deposit - we take credit or debit card details and retain them as the damage deposit until after your return from holiday. If there are charges to be recovered we will contact you before charging your card.

Almirida Area Information
Almirida and Kalives are situated in the Apokoronas region to the east of Chania which is where most of our holiday villas are. Apokoronas is one of the most picturesque areas of the province of Chania with attractive villages dotted all around. The main village of the region is Vamos where you will find full facilities including a 24 hour health centre.
