Three View Villa is in a stunning location on a hillside, 1km from Tsivaras village with panoramic views over the village, Souda Bay and The White Mountains. Several sandy beaches are nearby and a host of amenities in Kalives/Almirida and Vamos are all within 10 minutes drive of the villa. This villa is luxuriously appointed; there is even a telescope for guests to watch the ships passing by in Souda Bay.
Three View Villa is air-conditioned and centrally heated for the cooler months. The lounge area is comfortably furnished in a contemporary style and includes satellite TV (with Sky reception for which you need to bring your own viewing card), DVD, musical entertainment and internet access. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped and the dining area has a table and chairs for 6. Patio doors lead onto the large covered veranda with table and chairs for al fresco dining; this is a truly magnificent place to sit and watch the sun go down. The veranda overlooks the large, tiled swimming pool and well established gardens with citrus, apple and pomegranate trees.
All the bedrooms have extensive storage with large fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is a separate family bathroom.
In addition to the static beds there is a fold up bed (Z bed) for a 7th person which can be used in any of the bedrooms for which we charge an extra £50 per week.
The extensive sunbathing terrace has glorious views of the village of Tsivaras, Souda Bay and the White Mountains. This area is well equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers and umbrellas, a shower and state of the art, large, brick built BBQ. When you tire of soaking up the sun, there is a furnished shaded patio at the front of the villa, a perfect place for relaxing.
In the evenings, the whole villa, pool and terrace area is beautifully lit.
A quality welcome pack of groceries is provided with the compliments of the owners.
Maid service includes a towel change twice a week and bed linen is changed weekly.
This villa is centrally heated making it a good choice for a stay at the beginning or the end of the season when some heating may be required on chilly evenings.

Three View Villa is normally rented by the week, from Tuesday to Tuesday to fit in with the majority of flights from the UK to both Chania and Heraklion airports. Some flexibility in arrival/departure days is possible at this villa (depending on other bookings).
Prices quoted are in gbp sterling, per week, for up to 6 people occupying the villa and are not per person. There is a supplement for use of the Z bed by a 7th person on any date - £50 gbp per week.

Prices include air- conditioning, all linen except beach and pool towels, a quality welcome pack and maid service with towel change twice a week (bed linen changed weekly). There are NO hidden extras.
NB - breakages deposit - we take credit or debit card details and retain them as the damage deposit until after your return from holiday. If there are charges to be recovered we will contact you before charging your card.

Almirida and Kalives are situated in the Apokoronas region to the east of Chania which is where most of our holiday villas are. Apokoronas is one of the most picturesque areas of the province of Chania with attractive villages dotted all around. The main village of the region is Vamos where you will find full facilities including a 24 hour health centre.
