Villa Mary is a luxury private villa in Rethymnon Crete, suitable for vacations for 4-14 persons. It is surrounded by the biggest olive trees forest in the island, only 3 km from the sea, inside the Mediterranean village of Pigi. The villa is suitable for families, friends or children.
Located just 10 km away from the town of Rethymno. The nearest shop and tavern are in a short walking distance about 500m away and the distance to the nearest -awarded by the EU blue flag- beaches is 3 km.
Overall, the villa is divided in 3 independent floors of 260 m2 total in a plot of 2.500m2 with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Ground floor:
On the ground floor from the main entrance we enter into a huge area combining: dining area, split-level livingroom area with fireplace and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Also one master bedroom with balcony and wc, a 2nd bedroom with balcony and a seperate big bathroom (wc/bathtub/shower/bidet/washing machine).
1st floor:
From a separate entrance we enter into a big area livingroom-diningroom with open plan kitchen with access to a big veranda with wonderful sea-mountain-country views and if you wish to dine here there is another barbecue for your use.
Also 2 bedrooms both with balcony, one with twin beds and one with a double bed and a seperate bathroom (wc, shower).
Basement:
On the basement from a separate entrance we enter a hall way with two bedrooms, one with twin beds, the other with a double bed, sharing a shower/WC.
Surroundings:
Surrounded by a beautiful garden of fruit, palm and olive trees. At the yard there is a large swimming pool, with armchairs, chairs, tables, umbrellas, bbq and a shower.
The villa also features a BBQ, table tennis, a basketball net, a mini soccer field with grass, small children play area, as well as parking space for up to 4 cars.

All rates are based on price per unit and on occupancy of max 14 persons.

Deposit and Terms
Minimum time of staying in our villa is 3 nights. In order to confirm your reservations a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost, is required. All payments can be made with Paypal or via bank deposit in our bank account, in Euros. We cannot accept personal checks or credit card as payment upon arrival. Cash only. All arrivals will be after 14:00 and departures must be before 12:00, unless we specifically agree else.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit is refundable within 14 days, that includes your deposit minus transfer costs.

Rethymnon, one of the four provinces of Crete, is a town that has retained its traditional look. Our villa is located 3 km south from the coast in a quiet and green mediterranean village. The road towards the beach is interesting, pleasant and quiet.
