It hosts many award winning restaurants, pubs and every Wednesday morning a Farmers Market where you can buy fresh produce (fish straight from the Atlantic, breads, cheese and veg. etc) It is located on the Ring of Kerry with many places to explore. For walkers there is the Kerry Way and the Beara Way. If golf is your sport, Kenmare boasts two excellent 18-hole courses and courses in Killarney and Glengarriff means you will never be short of a game.
