In Citta della Pieve, lies these 4 rural houses, with a total of 16 apartments, in a valley overlooking partly the historic town of Citta della Pieve, partly from the beautiful green area. It is an exclusive building from 2008 in real Umbrian style.
The apartments are equipped with every modern comfort.
1-14 The apartments all have kitchen with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, living room with sofa bed, Internet, TV, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
15-16, Open kitchen-living room area and double sofa bed in the living room and 1 room with double bed, Internet, TV and bathroom with shower.
All apartments have a terrace or balcony.
Beside the houses there is another building which contains, reception and bar.
There is also a large covered terrace that guests may use, behind the terrace is a large fireplace and a stone oven, everybody can use the grill and cook here if they wish.
In a short distance from the houses the swimming pool is located as an indentation in the green.
The beautiful green nature surrounding the entire complex and, together with the forest, there are lots of opportunities to explore nature, with hiking or guided mushroom picking when the time is right.

Not included in price: rental of baby bed 20 Euro per week. Washing machine 25 Euro per week, final cleaning 10 euro per. person (min 35 Euro). Paid on the spot.

A wonderful place for a holiday and a good base for excursions in Umbria and Tuscany.
