Ornate electric gates open to welcome guests into the spacious resident driveway and underground garage parking facility, and from the gravel driveway grand stone steps lead guests to the pretty garden entrance to the ground floor villa apartment. A second formal resident entrance can also be found to the other side of the villa apartment.

The sunny courtyard garden is beautifully arranged and features an alfresco dining area with steps leading to a very spacious classical arched portico terrace with delightful original mosaic tiling and potted plants ideal which is ideal for entertaining guests during your stay!

From the serene surroundings of outside, French doors lead guests indoors into a very well-proportioned and elegant salon which provides a restful atmosphere for guests to relax in at the various comfortable seating areas with a good book and enjoy a film on the TV and DVD player, or gather at the formal dining area of the reception room for delicious dinner parties which can end outside on the beautiful veranda; the choice is yours!

The villa boasts many fine original features throughout such as a working fireplace, classical columns, mosaic tiled feature floors, beautiful parquet flooring and full length floor to ceiling windows to allow plenty of natural light in, creating a wonderful open and bright apartment for guests to enjoy.

From the large salon, an internal corridor leads past the second entrance to the property to a very spacious and authentic Italian kitchen with high ceilings, wooden beams, panelling and original stone flooring. A breakfast area features and is close to a charming original fireplace which can be used in the evenings for a really charming atmosphere. The fully fitted kitchen includes a gas hob and oven and all the desired appliances are in place to ensure for a very comfortable self-catering holiday.

The sleeping accommodation is situated along another elegant corridor to the other side of the salon and provides luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests with two beautiful double bedrooms, and a third very pretty twin single bedroom. The bedrooms all provide high quality furniture and beautiful original features such as high skirting, parquet flooring and floor to ceiling arched windows with doors which lead out to the garden. The style is truly elegant, romantic and pretty and the master bedroom also enjoys the use of a luxurious en-suite bathroom with marble top bath tub, shower and powder area. A second bathroom with a raised wet room shower also conveniently features next to the other sleeping accommodation and a washing machine is also provided for guest’s use.
