The original building dates back the 1800's, in the so called "Liberty" style. The villa has been first restored at the beginning of last century to become the family's home, which explains the accommodating atmosphere and all family pieces, objects and furniture. Recently, the villa passed through a second renovation, to become a lovely vacation rental. The villa offers a surface of 390 square metres, on two floors, including a large covered terrace that is like an outdoor dining room. All ceramic floors have the typical ornamental or geometric decoration that was "en vogue" in the time when this Villa was built. We have maintained also the typical wooden beamed ceilings and most of the antique pieces of furniture. The ground floor holds a lovely dining room with an original fireplace, furnished with a precious wooden table and enough space for up to 10 people. Tastefully decorated, the dining room is also a sitting room with antique chairs and comfortable armchairs where to seat and relax by the fireplace. On the right side, you reach the living room that offers a lot of space for everybody to gather and chat after a day-trip, and holds many of the family souvenirs and antiques. Staying on the ground floor, there is a large and fully equipped kitchen, with all kitchen ware and electrical appliances: refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, American coffee maker, toaster and mixer. The kitchen has a large table and chairs for eating and an antique fireplace which used to be the original kitchen of the villa. Both kitchen and dining room open to the huge covered terrace attached to the villa, which can be considered a room itself, with a large dining table and seats for up to 10 persons. On the ground floor is available a guest bathroom with sink, WC and a small bathtub. There is a laundry room available for free use of guests equipped with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and iron board. There is a stunning wooden staircase on the living room which leads up to the first floor. On the first floor are located 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom is really spacious, with more than 30 square metres. This room is furnished in style "Decò", with the original pieces of furniture made of inlaid massive wood, like the large double bed, the wardrobe and dresser. A French door opens to the large terrace located on the top of the loggia downstairs. This open terrace has a stunning view of the surrounding countryside with its old trees, green hills, olives and vineyards.The master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom decorated in "Liberty" style, with charming painted tiles. There is a bathtub, shower, WC, bidet and sink. This bathroom has a second door to the corridor, and if wanted, can be shared with another room, or kept as a private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be joined upon request to become a double bed. This bedroom is really large, with a sitting room furnished with sofa and armchairs. It has its own en-suite bathroom, pretty modern and equipped with shower box, sink and WC. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen sized double bed and many tasteful details like pictures, antique wardrobe, dressers and chairs. The last bedroom is a charming twin bedroom. Arezzo has a national train station with parking ideal to make day-trips into the most important cities: Florence, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Rome and much more. Chianti wineries, shopping outlets and many attractions can be easily reached by car.
