Our holiday house has been created by the lovingly and painstakingly restoration of a XVII century farm, set on a panoramic position on the gentle slopes that descend towards the Arno river.
The farmhouse, once upon a time, was part an old estate,where farmers grew tobacco.The house has recently acquired the status of historical building.
This is an area worth exploring.
IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE WHOLE FARMHOUSE, in this case we can host up to 22 people..
Excellent location on the triangle among Florence, Siena and Arezzo; central and close to all the major art cities of Tuscany and Umbria.
The compound is composed of one cottage (4+2) and 3 apartments :for2/9 people.

All the kitchen are more than fully equipped with :microwave,refrigerator- freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, bread toaster, mini food processor,plenty of everything you may need to really feel at home. Candle holders.

From 2011 the chalet (La Baita) and the apartment Il Soppalco have "dishwasher".
All our units have reserved space in the garden and by the pool.
The farm is surrounded by a large fenced garden area equipped with tables, chairs and canopies, with of 8 x 12 meters swimming pool. the apartments have been tastefully finished, fully furnished ,all provided with TV sat and their own heating system. Simple but comfortable they have everything is needed to make guests feel at home.Laundry room with washing machine and iron (+ironing board) ,vacuum cleaner available for common use. Barbecue are(three stone bbq). WI FI Connection free.
DVD ,( MP3 player is supplied free upon demand).
Supermarket, bank, pharmacy ,food stores, grocery, are in Laterina and Pergine Valdarno only 2.5 km from the house.
More stores and a supermarket are in Levane, Ipermarkets and every kind of stores are in Montevarchi and Arezzo.
The train station to go to Florence is less than 4 km from the house with free parking . Open air markets in every small town or villages in the area every day of the week .
The First Saturday and Sunday of each month one of the most important Antiquities Fair is held is Arezzo.

The quiet hilly panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina, the lodging enjoys countryside privacy and peace ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo.
Being in the centre of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily, Siena, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia...and the shopping lovers will find nearby many outlets of the most important Made in Italy fashion brands such as Prada, Gucci, Fendi D&G and many others.
The area is full of nice restaurants, where you can taste the typical Tuscan cuisine; at least four of them are less than 10 minutes drive from the house.
