Kitchen: Main kitchen has Aga with gas hob and two electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer, large larder fridge/freezer with smaller fridge, kettle toaster and liquidiser.
Utility Rooms: Iron and ironing table, cleaning equipment.
Living Rooms: Large sitting room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, Sky TV, DVD player and sound system with seperate output to pool and kitchen areas.
Other: Large hall/study with 2 sofas, large dining room seats 10/12, eat in kitchen seats 6, outside stone built BBQ, teak garden furniture and parasols, outside table and chairs seats 8 to 12. Heated mosaic pool and Jacuzzi, garden lighting.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels included, with cleaning once a week. Extra cleaning can be arranged at 15 euros an hour. Pool and garden maintenance once a week.
The house is about a mile down a well surfaced 'white' road which is well maintained and easily navigable by ordinary hire car. Pool heating is not normally required in the summer, if the pool heating is required this can be arranged subject to an additional charge.
Private heated pool mosaic tiled 6x12m and large Jacuzzi. Terrace by pool and house with 6 teak sunbeds and 2 parasols. Dining table and 8 chairs under the trees with parasols. Further outside dinning in the large loggia. Outside lights and pool lights. Extensive landscaped gardens and wooded area with plenty of peaceful shaded places to enjoy. Plenty of parking space. Logs available for fires in the evenings when required.
