It has magnificent views of the valley and surrounding hillsides and is an idyllic place for guests to unwind. This traditional Umbrian stone farmhouse has been carefully restored using original and antique materials wherever possible and converted into 3 luxury holiday apartments. Each apartment has its own independent entrance and private outdoor dining space with A BBQ. On a secluded sun-trapped terrace is the 10 by 5 metre swimming pool which is designed to be child friendly with stepped entry and a shallow ledge around its perimeter. The area is fenced with access via a gate and has a large patio with sun loungers. The English speaking owners Paul and Anita live on site and are happy to help answer any questions you may have.
Apartment Pietramelina
This apartment is ideal for a couple, or couple with a young child in a travel cot. It has a large twin bedroom with exposed stone walls and terracotta floor. Serving the bedroom is a large en-suite shower room.
There is a light and spacious lounge dining area with dual aspect windows. As well as the dining table with seating for two there is a comfortable sofa, LCD TV with DVD and satellite receiver and a wood burning stove. This room also includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, 4 ring hob and microwave. There are patio doors leading to a private terrace with outdoor dining table and wonderful views of the olive groves and the valley beyond. Pietramelina can be rented in conjunction with one of the other apartments to accommodate larger groups, in which case a discount will be applied.
