The flat is situated a few minutes from St Peter's and 50 m from Ottaviano Tube station in Via Famagosta, close to the tube, buses, bars and restaurants and all amenities.

A 20- 40 % deposit of the rental rate is payable by bank transfer or PayPal at the time of your booking and the balance on arrival.
All prices are inclusive of bedlinen and towels. Final cleaning is free for more than 4 nights' bookings.
Guests are expected to look after the property and leave it as they found it.
At check-in you will be requested to pay a refundable security deposit of ? 200 that the owner will give you back at check-out.
During bank holidays, festivities and short stays, there may be subject to an increase in price. Please contact us.

If the apartment key if lost there will be a ? 70 charge as a contribution for changing the lock.
The apartment has an independent heating system. You can use it freely according to your needs. Please remember to turn it off when you leave: when it is turned on, it will heat the apartment very fast. Rotate the themostat wheel to set the temperature from 0 (off) to 23° (optimal) or more. Please note that heating is on when the thermostat is set on.
If you stay in this apartment for a long period, the gas exceeding the standard quota of 1 mc per day will be charged separately.

How to get there: Famagosta apartment is situated a few minutes from St Peter's, in Via Farnagosto, Rome. When exiting the underground you will find yourself a few metres away from Via Famagosta. If arriving by plane at the airport of Leonardo da Vinci- Fiumicino you can catch the train for Termini Railway station and catch the underground Line A (Anagnina direction ) and get off at Ottaviano stop. If you arrive at Ciampino Airport you can catch a bus to Termini Railway station and then catch the underground Line A (direction Anagnina) to Ottaviano stop. The central railway station of Termini is only 15 min away by taxi or six stops to line underground Ottaviano stop. The Spanish steps, Pizza del Popolo and the Colosseum are easily reachable with the Line A underground from Ottaviano tube station.
