Villa Gli Stemmi is located in the Chianti area 20 minutes from Arezzo in the countryside of Foiano della Chiana. All major-interest cities and towns can be reached within one hour´s drive. The motorway to Rome and Florence is conveniently just 6 minutes away.

The 12000 sqm fenced private park is meticulously tended, adorned with secular trees and lush plantlife that colour the garden with varieties of green and sweeten the air with fresh scents from early spring to the end of summer. The private park is perfect for long walks, bike trails, and simply for spending time in complete privacy and peace.

The 6x12m swimming pool sits amidst this paradise. Completely private and set in a panoramic position, it is perfect for a refreshing dip after relaxing under the sun on the comfortable sun beds and parasols provided. The garden and the pool are both lit at night for a wonderful atmosphere.

Right by the kitchen and the outdoor barbecue is the large outdoor table for 20 people, an excellent spot to enjoy the company of friends and family in the enchanting Tuscan setting.

The garden is also decorated with classic marble statues by the pool and a masterpiece fountain representing a classic scene of "Venus with The Baby in Her Arms", right by the villa´s grand entrance gate. The grounds are completed by the lovely private chapel dedicated to San Donato, perfect for celebrating private weddings before enjoying a magnificent reception in the garden.


Interior

The grandeur of the exterior continues with the luxurious and comfortable interior of Villa Gli Stemmi. The main entrance on the ground floor opens up onto a wide hallway flanked with elegant paintings, original pieces of antique furniture and with rich Persian rugs covering the floors. Light floods into the entrance hall through the large glass doors at the far end, through which one can also go through into the garden.

Off from here is the formal dining room for up to 20 people with an antique fireplace from the fourteenth century and recently restored frescoed ceilings. Also on the ground floor is the living room with fireplace and a 42-inch LCD satellite TV with DVD player, an additional living room with card table, another formal dining room for 12, the fully-equipped kitchen (two electric ovens, microwave, extra large fridge with freezer, dishwasher), and a guest WC.

The first floor of Villa Gli Stemmi accommodates five of the bedrooms. Here there are three twin bedrooms and two queen size bedrooms.

Two of the twin rooms feature bathrooms with hydromassage showers, one includes a Jacuzzi bathtub and terrace with view over the park. One queen bedroom´s en suite features a hydromassage shower and terrace looking over the park, while the other double queen features a Jacuzzi bathtub. The first floor is completed by a reading room.

The second floor of Villa Gli Stemmi is composed of a large suite with its own living room, elegant bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub and a private terrace, once again with views over the park. In addition, on this floor can be found a further four bedrooms, all en suites- one with a queen-size bed and three more twin bedrooms.

Although the bedrooms are traditional in style with elaborate décor and quality furnishings and fittings, modern amenities have been discreetly introduced. They are all air-conditioned, have in-room 20inch LCD satelite televisions and DSL Internet connection.
