There is even a riding stables on site, exploring your surroundings on horseback can certainly be enjoyable for all ability levels.

Lucca´s historical centre is conveniently just a few km away, ideal for cultural excursions as well as for meals out.

The villa itself has its own private garden, fully fenced and with an automated gate. A path lined with olive trees leads down to the swimming pool, boasting a secluded position but with breathtaking open views of the landscape. The pool is surrounded by wooden decking furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas and accompanied by a shower. The lovely pergola in front of the house tempts guests to dine outdoors in the lush green, but sheltered from the strong sun and the outdoor pizza oven and barbecue will make your meals even more enjoyable.

The renovation of the property has clearly been carried out with much care and many of the charming traditional features and the original structuring has been kept lending a warm and welcoming feel.

On the ground floor of this Tuscan Villa there is an attractive entrance hall which leads onto a living area and elegant dining room. Also on this level is a very large living room with brick and stone walls and comfortable sofas inviting guests to relax in front of the television. This room has a direct access onto the villa´s garden.

The kitchen is rustic in style and features the original open fireplace but also all the modern amenities you could need for self-catering.

Finally, on the ground floor there is a guest shower room and WC and a laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing board.

On the first floor of the house are the three double bedrooms all of them with an en-suite luxury bathroom tiled with natural stones. All bedrooms are air conditioned and decorated with fine period pieces. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two are spacious twins.
