This building is made of stone, in the local architectural style ("trulli-pagghiare") and consists of three different bodies.

The upper level features two "trulli"; the first one includes a fully furnished kitchen, also with dishwasher, while the second one includes a large master bedroom with a bathroom. Both these constructions face a large terrace with a view of the sea that is furnished with a barbeque, with cane shades during summertime, wooden long chairs for sun tanning and a big wooden table.

A shady pathway connects to the lower level, located underneath this terrace, where a double bedroom with bathroom and a master bedroom also with bathroom are located. You can access both bedrooms through a small shady terrace with a view of the sea.
A pathway through the Mediterranean garden, connects the house with the seashore. At a certain point the private property ends and you continue on the public footpath (which is rocky and best done in trainers) down to two rocky coves.
The villa is equipped with satellite TV, telephone line also on the outside terrace, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms. There are various rocky beaches nearby which are equipped with sun beds.

Rental price includes electricity, bed and bath linen, and only one load of water in the cistern.
For weekly or monthly rentals, a charge of 120 euros will be added as a cleaning fee. The minimum length of stay in August is 3 weeks. Nearby there are comfortable flat rocks with easy access to the sea(500 max). Wonderful Sandy beaches are on about 15 minutes - 12 Km distance. The Villa itself is charming simple but very comfortable, furnished with local products and especially attractive to nature lovers who love to walk in Puglia.
