Recently restored with exquisite comfort and design standards, Villa Petit Verdot counts 5 bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Ample spaces, such as the living room with stone fireplace and the kitchen give each person the luxury of gathering in comfort and yet maintain a warm homelike feeling.

The eat-in kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, electric oven, gas cooking range. On the ground floor is the washer. The living room has comfortable sofas facing the fireplace.

The dining room has a large table for ten people. Equipped with air conditioning in 4 out of 5 bedrooms, the villa is wel ventilated and the dry Tuscan climate will refresh the house naturally. Some bedrooms have their windows facing the splendid infinity pool and the open valley.

Montepulciano and Pienza lay just six kilometers away from Villa Petit Verdot.
