The FORESTERIA/ villa, is a recently restored farmhouse residence with 5+1 bedrooms each with its own en suite full bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large double salon with fireplace, dining room, studio TV room, professionally equipped eat-in kitchen, double bedroom with king-size bed and en suite bathroom.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms.All rooms have a nice view onto the Torretta dei Massimi park. There are two covered outside patios for 'all fresco' dining.
Other guests can stay at the TORRETTA, charming comfortably appointed medieval tower. Full kitchen and bathroom with shower are on the ground level leading to the swimming pool. On the first floor is the living room with a large fire place. On the second floor is a little double bedroom and the second full bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. The master bedroom is on the top floor.
