Umbria with hills, peace and harmony and which for centuries has been the natural road between Florence and Rome.
It is possible to visit Rome and Florence by train (1 ½ to 1 hour)
It is easy to reach many towns in Umbria by car, because of the short distances.
For example Perugia, Gubbio, Orvieto, Citta del Castello, Todi and Assisi, with their testimony of Etruscan, medieval and renaissance.
Each city is a juvel. Not to forget is Lake Trasimeno, with the attractive nature, an area for nature lovers, sailors and fishing interested.
It is also possible to reach cities in Tuscany. Ex. Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca.
The Graziani family is the owner of this lovely place, and have their roots in this house, which today welcomes tourists.

Another bedroom with double bed. Two badrooms with shower.
Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Air conditioning, satellite TV, mini stereo, telephone, internet, safe, fireplace, portico and terrace.
The apartment is part of an antique building that held the lemon trees and flowers in the winter. The rrestoration preserved as much as possible of the original architecture with wooden beams and bricks.
