We offer you a unique setting and a well maintained property that is away from the seasonal crowds, yet within minutes of the seven mile beach Negril is famous for and all amenities. Tropical Breeze Guesthouse/Villa is set in the heart of the town of Negril. We are located in a private lane on an ample 1/2 acre, lush with tropical fruit trees. This feature in conjunction with our relative proximity to the ocean helps to create the warm tropical
breeze which ebbs and flows through our property. When in season we are blessed with an abundance of mango, cherries, plantain, breadfruit and ackee - to name a few.

The layout of the villa will have you first encounter the front balcony which has a large seating capacity, followed by the living room, leading into our large fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, with the
fifth en suite bedroom on a lower level.

lEach of the five bedrooms in the villa comes equipped with either one double bed, two singles, or a double/single mix as per your request.

All rooms are provided with safes, TV's, DVD players, smoke detectors and blankets for your comfort and convenience. As well all windows are covered with mosquito netting. We provide a selection of DVD's for your entertaining pleasure and maintain a WI FI service throughout the building. Land line telephone service is available in the living room which is free of charge to other local land line numbers.

The size and location of both our pool and deck area is a sun lovers dream. The sun rises to the east of the pool and is overhead all day long, finally setting in the west end of Negril. The pool itself is 20 ft long which is surrounded by a terraced 40 ft deck area. Here you will find several lounge chairs for suntanning as well as tables and chairs equipped with umbrellas for daytime dining and reading/relaxation. In addition to the pool deck area we also have a lower level deck space for larger groups or entertaining/catering needs with adequate dining space for up to 30 +. Our recently installed Wi Fi service maintains a strong signal even in the pool area. In amongst the greenery and vegetation behind the pool and deck area you will find historic rock formations that are interesting and unique.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:Tropical Breeze Villa requires a minimum of 50 % deposit in order to secure the dates you are interested in. This deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled with a minimum of 15 days notice. Refunds will be issued in the currency in which it was received. Processing fess will apply . The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 10 % Gov tax added to the seasonal rates.

At Tropical Breeze we offer a fully catered villa rental for groups of up to 11 persons. Upon arrival we'll have Jazzbo, our friendly and proffessional driver, handle your airport tranfers to and from Montego Bay. Once at the villa, Nolan and Sophie, our on site management team will take care of your every need during your stay with us.
