The master bedroom has a king size bed and double shower and double sink. The other two guest bedrooms do have queen size beds and bathrooms with single shower & sink. On the lower level there is an additional guest bedroom with a two twin beds (one is a trundle which raises to standard height) and bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms as well as the living room do have a/c units.
The villa is fully furnished with top of the line furniture throughout and has a very spacious pool deck and pool. You can enjoy the atlantic breeze and stunning views of beach and oyster pond.
If rented as a one or two bedroom the guest rooms on the top level are offered. If you prefer the master bedroom instead of one of the guest bedrooms an additional fee of US$200.00 per week is required for all seasons.

Living Room:Decorated with top of the line furniture, air conditioning, ceiling fans and dining table seating for 6 persons.
Pool:Freeform private pool with a very spacious pool deck, outdoor dining area with 4 chairs and teak lounge chairs
