The villa is situated in Gharb, a very quiet small village on the island of Gozo. It is high standard and beautifully finished and pride itself with its unique features. All bedrooms, dining and sitting rooms enjoyed 180 degrees country and pool views. This villa is also fully air conditioned (optional) for your total luxury. Other: Country and pool views can be enjoyed from dining/sitting room and from the Balconies in every bedroom. This property has been built with local soft stone that was brought own quarries and the use of timbe a couple of years ago, on a rustic style.

The house has a private pool of about 27ft x 15ft plus 5ft diameter Jacuzzi enjoying 180 degress of typical Gozitan countryside view over looking farmers fields.

Prices are for the property per night in Euros. All rates are for up to 6 persons except from 21 June until the 30th August rates are for up to 10 persons. Each extra person pays 30 Euros per night per person. 25% booking deposit is required. Full payment on arrival. Refundable damage deposit of approx. 250 Euros.

Coast/Beach
Gozo is a small island which have wonderful beaches like Ramla bay, Marsalforn bay, Xlendi Bay,Dwejra, Hondoq ir-Rummien,Mgarr ix-Xini and more others. All these places are good for swimming and all of them can be reach less than 20 minutes drive. Most of the beaches are good for diving.The most popular are, Dwejra Inland Sea, which is about 5 mins drive away and Ramla, a sandy beach which is about 15 mins drive away from our property.

Travel
Gozo is the sister Island of Malta, Gozo there is no airport facility. So The airplane land in the Malta International Airport, we will pick from the airport drive you for 40 mins to Cirkewwa ferry boat. The ferry boat will only takes about 25 mins to Mgarr Gozo harbour which is about 15/20 mins driving distance.We will pick you from Mgarr and take you directly to the Villa.

Distances
The capital city Victoria is about 30 mins away walking distance. In Victoria one can visit the Citadel from where beautiful views of our little island can be admired.

Further details
Restaurants and local shops are all at 5 minutes to 15 minutes walking distance. Between the last weekend of May up to the 2nd weekend of September every village of the Island celebrates their local feast accompanied with bands and processions and also lots of fireworks. One can find the "qubbajd" a local sweet make in rectangural blocks especially for the local village feasts and also the traditional "granita" a very well chilled strawberry flavoured drink.
