A modern and fully equiped kitchen with table and chairs, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer is based right at the entrance hall, separated laundry area is placed in patio behind kitchen. Next to the stairs to the first floor you find a bath with shower as well as one double bedroom decorated in beige blue hues.
