The accommodation consists of two double bedrooms both with air-conditioning and patio doors to pool area, two twin bedrooms (both en-suite), full bathroom, fully fitted kitchen including washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, built-in electric oven and gas hob. There is also a large lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV,DVD and video. Patio doors lead to the pool area which is fully furnished with sun-loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. All windows and patio doors are double glazed and have mosquito screens. A safe is included in the rental and a metered telephone is also available (payable locally). Cots, highchair etc are also available.
Our holiday villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Pera, on a small development with views across open farmland to the sea. Due to its elevated position the outside area is very secluded with a mature garden surrounding the property. There is a choice of external dining areas, one of which is built-in, together with sun-bathing terrace, pool and a delightful bamboo covered barbecue area which is engulfed with bougainvillea for much of the summer.
Prices for High and Peak seasons are for the property. At other times prices are shown for up to 4 people. For 5 or 6 add £75 (?90) and for 7+ add £150 (?180).
