Casa do Vale is a new superb classic-style villa situated in Almancil at the heart of the Algarve's famous 'Golden Triangle'. The transfer time from Faro airport is just 20 mins (22km west). The location and flexibility of accommodation cater for all holiday criteria from 'get away from it all' to family holidays to sporting activities and cultural/historic sightseeing holidays. There is something for everyone both young and old. Its central location ensures quick and easy access to all the region's multitude of activities.
Bedrooms: Upstairs the master bedroom and bedroom 4 both have king sized double/twin beds and a single bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a king sized double/twin bed each. Bedrooms 5 and 6 on the ground floor both have king sized double/twin beds and a single bed each. This provides for up to 16 guests able to sleep in individual beds.
Bathrooms: The master bathroom en suite has a Jacuzzi bath with shower.
Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 have en suites.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the upstairs bathroom suite with shower, twin sinks, WC and bidet.
All bathrooms have tiled floors.
Kitchen: The exquisite kitchen contains all modern culinary appliances including American-style fridge/freezer with ice maker and chilled water dispenser, microwave, blender, dishwasher, coffee machine etc.
Utility Room: The separate utility room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Living Rooms: The spacious lounge has ample seating, 42" HD LCD TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player and SKY. Annexed to this is a formal dining area seating up to 12. The Sony CD/mp3 hi-fi system has an iPod docking facility.
Other: The lower ground floor has a games area with a full-sized American pool table, table tennis, table football and Nintendo Wii with 37" LCD TV. The villa has a purified and softened water system which provides safe, clean, fresh water at all times.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Maid service is provided 2 times per week with weekly bed linen and bi-weekly towel change.
Notes on accommodation
Casa do Vale has its own purpose built state-of-the-art private cinema. It features a digital HDMI projector, 110" screen,a Blu-Ray/DVD player, an Onkyo 7.1 digital surround sound and video processor with KEF speakers. It will even enhance ordinary DVDs to 1080 resolution! This is the ultimate in home entertainment. No need for underfloor heating as the whole villa has solid oak Parquet flooring throughout. New for 2011 season is air-conditioning available for a supplement. For your security the villa has all round fencing with electronic gates, video entryphone and 2 monitored alarm systems - both interior and perimeter. This makes the property extremely safe and secure for both children and yourselves. A welcome pack with essentials for your arrival is provided with our compliments.
Outside
The villa has large outdoor shaded terraces for al-fresco dining and provides ideal respite from the sun or may be just the place to enjoy a late evening cocktail and savour the quiet ambiance of the Algarve. The fantastic barbecue will only enhance your holiday experience. The villa boasts a large private pool with a separate children's pool and is set in landscaped gardens with large lawns. Bespoke sun loungers, parasols, and 'rattan' leisure furniture are all provided whether for relaxing or outdoor dining.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach to the villa is the unspoiled Praia do Trafal with its coveted EU Blue Flag status; a 5 minute drive away with pine forests bordering sand dunes and a well-kept secret from most tourists. Other long unbroken stretches of sandy coastline are the 6 km long Praia da Falesia (10 mins), Quinta do Lago (15 mins)and Praia da Rocha (40 mins). For the more adventurous the Algarve is scattered with secluded coves and lovely beaches just a short drive along the coast from the villa.
Golf
Included in the rental price is a reduced rates concession to play the 27-hole Vilasol Golf course and those courses within the Oceanico group; namely Pinhal, Old Course, Millennium, Laguna and Victoria Club (World Cup 2005 venue). All these are within 10 mins drive from the villa.
Travel
Faro Airport is just 20 minutes away (22km). Car hire is not essential but is recommended to enhance your holiday experience. It can be arranged by us at your request at very competitive rates. Similarly, airport transfers can also be arranged.
