The island of Phuket in southern Thailand is the most glamorous and fashionable holiday destination, not just in Thailand but in the whole of Asia, its white sand west coast beaches washed by the warm waters of the Andaman Sea.

This magnificent house is built in northern Thai style and is located in a quiet position, at the end of a no-through road, within a private estate some 60m (200 ft) above sea level.

All 5 bedrooms (3 kings and 2 Twins/Doubles) face the sea. These include two matching Master bedrooms, opening onto a huge private terrace. The Pool terrace with its twin ‘salas’ (covered outside dining and sitting areas), has a magnificent view across its infinity pool and the lovely Surin and Bang Tao beaches to the Andaman Sea.

This stunning Rocksure House is located at Surin on the west coast of Phuket, home to the best beaches on the island and close to luxurious hotel properties such as the Amanpuri and the Chedi. It is also close to the best restaurants on the island, and only a short distance from the best golf courses and the marina where yachts of every description can be chartered.

The House is beautifully presented, with polished teak floors and attractive Thai furnishings and art work, and is very spacious – over 500m2 (5,380 sq ft) of air-conditioned space; it accommodates 10 adults in great comfort. It may be possible to accommodate a small number of additional children, subject to discussion. There is a large living room, with a dining area seating at least 10. At the same time, its design and lay-out mean that a smaller party of 4-6 people would be a perfect fit: indeed, we have made the whole villa available to one honeymoon couple.
