This luxury three bedroomed Thai / Bali style property offers a private swimming pool and jacuzzi in a quiet spa like resort. Offering both an indoor lounge and entertainment area as well as a european kitchen with eating facilities, the property also boasts an outside dining and bar area.
With free wi fi internet access and free car hire as well as daily maid service and onsite management, this property has everything needed for a fantastic holiday.
The three bedrooms and the lounge / kitchen area are all air-conditioned. The Villa is ideal for families as well as couples and groups, please note that children should have adult supervision around the pool area. Please note this is a non-smoking villa and pets are not allowed.
There is a small garden area, sunbathing patio and decking which compliment the swimming pool. The pool has steps and a hand rail at one end, there is a shallow and a deeper end and the jacuzzi is situated at the shallower end. The outside Gazebo with Bar and Dining Area is serviced by a ceiling fan and overlooks the pool, there is a barbecue provided and the whole area is perfect for ideal for Al Fresco dining.

Please note that we can accommodate long weekends or mid week stays, our minimum stay is four nights, please contact us for rates. We are also very flexible with regard to arrival & departure times.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, hob, fridge/freezer & microwave. All cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery are provided. The ample cupboard space is topped off by granite work surfaces.
Utility Room:
There is a washing machine provided and outside drying area with free standing washing maiden. An ironing board and iron are also provided for your convenience.
Living Rooms:
Lounge with French doors to outside & comfortable seating for 6. Entertainment Hall with large flat screen TV, DVD, and double sofa bed. As well as eating facilities in the kitchen there is also an outside covered dining area.
Other:
The kitchen is fitted to give maximum space, allowing for a table & four chairs, this opens onto the living room, giving a light & airy spacious feel. Outside there is a large veranda & steps leading down to the covered dining area overlooking the pool.
Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:
There is daily maid service, all linen & towels are provided & changed every fourth day of your stay so you will only need to bring beach towels. On arrival, the villa will be prepared with the care and attention that you would expect in any top hotel.

Coast/Beach
Jomtiem beach is approx. a five minute drive away and the busier beaches of Pattaya are approx. a fifteen minute drive. There are some beautiful islands off the coast and it only takes a boat ride to escape to the idyllic soft sandy beaches of Koh Larn and Koh Samet as examples. Enjoy a peaceful evening drink sitting at a bar in Jomtiem watching the sunset on the horizon.

Bangkok Airport is an hour and a half drive away and we can arrange transport to and from the airport for you. It is approx. a two hour drive into the city of Bangkok. We provide free car hire with this villa and this provides an excellent mode of transport for the many sight seeing opportunities.
Distances
Only 5 minutes drive takes you into Jomtien, its beach and an abundance of bars and restaurants. Pattaya city is 12 minutes drive away with its amazing nightlife.
