A Welcome Pack is provided consisting of water, soft drinks, milk, bread and bread. There is a terrace ajoining the lounge/ dining area with outdoor dining table and chairs, which is shaded from the hot summer sunshine for you to enjoy your outdoor meals. Although we allow smokers to visit our villa we have a NO Smoking policy within the villa. you may smoke on the terraces and ashtrays are provided. There are several bins within the complex, therefore please do not litter the pathways with cigarette butts. There is a short uphill walk to the communal swimming pool and games room and gym. PLEASE NOTE that the wireless internet access is available in the complex library situated near the gym. Start your holiday with a relaxing Turkish Bath that is also situated near the Gym. We have tried to provide many home comforts but appreciate your comments and feedback so that we can continue to improve our service.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: When making a booking we require a deposit of ?200. This will be returned to you after your holiday and following a satisfactory inspection of the accomodation.

Our villa is located within a secure complex, with flower beds and palm trees,on the popular Mediterranean coast along the Turkish Riviera, which boasts golden sands beaches. Alanya centrum (centre) is the hub of activity and is only 10 minutes bus ride away. With its plentiful supply of restaurants catering for all tastes and many bars it will provide entertainment until the early hours. Meals are priced very reasonably in Alanya. The shopping bazaars offer you the chance to practice your haggling technique - you can always find a bargain in Turkey. If you want to dine in the hills some of the restaurants and excursion centres offer a free pick up and drop off service on request. There are regular bus services in and out of Alanya so a car is not always necessary. The villa provides the best in luxury holiday accommodation and promises to be a holiday to remember.
Alanya is a pleasant and inspiring place, with several very distinct zones. These include the small old town within the outer walls of the citadel; a thriving tourist zone around the charming old harbour; a busy and modern city inland; and big hotels along the beaches east and west. The 3km beach situated west of the town is the city?s main beach. The 8km to the east of the town are largely fronted by resort hotels. The most famous beach in the area is Kleopatra Beach. The beaches offer a wide range of water sports and other activities.
