We have a ground floor apartment with a grassed area around the main balcony which is off the lounge and has a view of the pool. There is a smaller balcony off the main bedroom. 10 mins from the beach.
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed, large wardrobe which has plenty of drawers, also a small balcony.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, 2 door wardrobe with drawers.
Both rooms have air conditioning.
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bath/shower over, WC, sink with vanity unit.
Kitchen: In the kitchen there is a large fridge/freezer, full gas oven with gas and electric hob. Kettle, toaster, all crockery and cutlery.
Living Rooms: Living room has a corner suitewith a double bed settee. There is a TV with satellite and DVD player, we have various films for adults and children and we also have games for the children. Air conditioning in all rooms.
Other: There is a large balcony off the lounge with views of the pool, and a smaller 1 off the double bedroom.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Towels and linen are provided, we ask you to bring your own beach towels.
if your stay is for 2 weeks and you would like a linen change there will be a charge of £15.
This apartment is suitable for couples and children.
There are steps to the apartment so may not be suitable for some people.
Outside
There is a grassed area just off the main balcony which has table and chairs which will seat 6, the balcony has a view of the swimming pool. This is a large pool and has 2 children's sections within the main shared pool. There is a smaller pool on phase 2.There are also 3 other pools on the complex which can be used.
We have a 100 seater restaurant with roof terrace, mini market, Turkish baths, gym, hairdressers and games room. There is also mini golf on phase 2.
Booking notes
We will require a £50 booking fee for 1 week and £100 for 2 weeks and the balance six weeks before your departure. There will be somebody to meet you at the apartment with the keys.

Altinkum Area Information
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 5 min bus ride in the lovely village of Mavisehir, there are also 3 beautiful beaches in Altinkum which takes about 10 mins by bus. The courtesy bus from the complexes will take you into town,this requires a depoist of 10ytl which will be returned at the end of your holiday.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bodrum which is 1hr and 20 mins from Altinkum. We can arrange transfers on a shuttle bus or private.
Distances
Altinkum town centre is a 10 min bus ride from the complex, we have the Apollo Temple to the right of us and the Auqa Park is just down the road, they have also just opened a new go karting centre in Mavisehir.
Further details
There are plenty of shops in the town centre and the Turkish area of Altinkum. There are numerous bars selling English and Turkish cuisine. The super markets and banks are all down the main Ataturk Boulevard which is the main road into the centre. The local market is on a Saturday and you can spend all day looking round it. There is also an evening market in Mavisehir.There is now go karting at Mavisehir
