Villa Yildiz is located in an idyllic setting Situated in the quiet village of Marmali (pronounced Marmala), less than 2 kms from Dalyan, a conservation area on the Mediterranean Turquoise Coast of South West Turkey.
The Villa is a bungalow and benefits from an air-conditioning/ integrated heating system, double glazing, window screens, a double bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), a twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Four people can comfortably be accommodated, or 6 if making use of the double sofa bed in the lounge. The Villa also has its own Private Pool.
The Villa is a short walk from the local general store where you can purchase essentials and two Restaurants if you have no wish to go into Town. Dalyan itself has numerous shops, which stay open late, including several Supermarkets. The Restaurants are plentiful.
The local bus (Dolmus) passes approximately every 15-30 minutes, with the last bus leaving Town around mid-night. Cabs are readily available, and numerous Restaurants offer the facility of collecting you from and returning you to the Villa after you have enjoyed your meal.
We have just added a 42" wall-mounted TV; full HD with a Digiturk digital/satellite system providing a basic entertainment package incorporating 2 x Sports Channels (EuroSport) and a Cartoon Channel for the kids - all in English. The TV also has a USB port so you can bring your own DVD player and connect it to view your own films etc, plus an MP3 port.
We can also offer Winter Holidays in Villa Yildiz as there is a Wood Burner.

Dalyan Area Information
Marmali is very close to the Town of Dalyan. From the Villa, a short walk (approx 300 metres) takes you to the main road, and from there you can catch the local bus (Dolmus) to Dalyan. The Dolmus runs approximately every 15-30 minutes.
In Dalyan there are numerous Restaurants in which you can buy your lunch or evening meal. The last Dolmus takes you back about midnight, but there are local taxis available should you miss it.
Should you not choose to go into Town for food, you can always go to the Gunlukluk Restaurant, which is within walking distance.
Several Restaurants also offer the facility of collecting/returning you from/to the Villa if you choose to dine with them. To name a few, there is The Ley Ley Restaurant, which is famous for the migrating storks. Another couple which offer this service are the Sini Restaurant in Dalyan and the Golbasi Restaurant, which is on route to Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach.
Iztuzu (Turtle) Beach is the beach that was brought to our attention by David Bellamy. The Beach is a fantastic spot for sunbathing during the day with 2 sun loungers under an umbrella available for approximately 4 YTL. However, the Beach is closed off in the evening, due to the presence of the turtles who come up on the Beach at night, and access is prohibited.
Nevertheless, should you wish to see them, there are numerous boat trips available to book in along the River in Dalyan, which will take you to see them at night.
