Modern fully fitted kitchen/dining room with East facing balcony, gas and electric hob and oven, huge fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, deep-fat fryer, sandwich maker, washing machine, drying facilities and ironing board with Iron. Newly furnished in modern style, 2 x 4 seat settees one serves as an extra double bed, + 2 easy chairs. TV (with English channels) + DVD player with an assortment of DVDs. Large west facing balcony off the living room area. The villa is equipped with a wall safe, security shutters and grills, Alarm System, Security lights all around, and off road secure parking. All bedding and towels are provided but you should supply your own beach towels.
Notes on accommodation
The properties are ideal for couples and families because of their quiet location. Bookings from groups of young single people will not be accepted. We therefore require a description of the make up of your party at the time of enquiry. We are able to cater for really large groups up to 26 Pax + Cots by using both Villa's. Wi Fi Broadband connections planned for both Villas for 2012 season at no extra charge.
Accessibility
Not much mobility for wheelchairs, too many steps and stairs.
Outside
The local beaches have all the usual activities such as snorkelling, jet skis, etc., & your holiday villa has a fantastic brick built gas operated BBQ, on a large South facing Patio area surrounding the private pool which is a generous 40sqm in size. The patio area is surrounded by lawns and trees.
Booking notes
£100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, (full amount if within 10 wks of departure,) the balance is due 10 weeks before departure. A £150 breakages deposit is payable with your balance, and will be refunded to you 2 wks post holiday depending upon our agents report. You will be required to pay £70 towards the cost of cleaning. If you choose to pay the full amount at time of booking, you may deduct 5% of Rental total. This offer applies for peak date bookings only, offer expires 31st Jan.
Notes on prices
Prices are per week in Sterling. £100 non refundable deposit to secure booking. Balance due 10 weeks prior to departure plus £150 breakages deposit, refundable 2 wks post holiday. Where overlapping dates occur, a pro rata rate will apply. Winter prices are negotiable. Odd nights at £120 per nt. We have slashed our early and late Season prices for 2012, was £750 per wk, now £690 and £500 respectively. Don't delay book today!
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, dependent upon availability. In the event of consecutive bookings, incoming clients check in from 4pm, outgoing clients check out by 10am. We will inform you if this application is necessary although this is a very rare occurrence.

Altinkum Area Information
Both villa's, are situated side by side in a quiet residential area although not part of a complex, is not far from all of the normal holiday requirements inc 2 small Supermarkets (50 Mtrs away). The Villa's are situated alongside a main road with a bus Bus stop right outsde offering a service to Town yet only 12 minutes walk will get you to the sea and Altinkum's 5 beautiful beaches. Altinkum means 'golden sands' There are plenty of water sports and boat rides available for the more active or you can hire a sun lounger and just laze the days away on any Beach. Altinkum is basically a very flat area with a well kept tree lined Roads and a promenade lined with shops, bars, and restaurants that seem to go on for miles and are open till very very late, with a lot of them magically turning into a host of Cabaret clubs, Karaoke bars and Discos at night time. Every restaurant has a pick-u-up from home and return service which is free of charge. The Villa's are out of earshot of any noise making establishments.
Coast/Beach
All 5 Beaches are made up of a fine grain Golden sand stretching on and on, broken only by a little Harbour. Here you may book your day or evening Boat excursions, and you can even hire a Boat and Skipper to go fishing, or visit another part of the Coast, or leave your destination to the Skip, and just have a nice relaxing Boat trip. The Town planners of Altinkum are very Tourist minded reflected in the layout of the tree lined roads and promenades which look really attractive.
