The accommodation sleeps 8 in absolute comfort and consists of a master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom and large patio doors exiting to the pool area and one second master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with exit to the pool area. Both king and queen suites are ideal for couples who like to wake up to an early morning swim without disturbing anyone else in the home or for returning directly to your suite after late night swims or drinks around the pool while the children are safely asleep in bed. Each of the two twin bedrooms has two single beds and a shared bathroom to provide perfect accommodation for younger guests.
No need to worry about the children, while you enjoy that swim, you can monitor their rooms with our home intercom and music distribution system which is also complete with CD player and AM/FM radio and has a sub-station in every bedroom and on the lanai. If you have no young children the system can be used to play CD's or listen to the radio in any room.
The screened pool, which is 28ft by 14ft with a spa at the far end, looks wonderful at night with the underwater lights on. Solar heating is provided free of charge, while extra heating is available at $25 per day when required, which is generally late November to early March.
The pool and deck areas, which are not overlooked by any other pool in the area, are equipped with sun loungers, chairs, table and trolley for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The large lanai area is just perfect for dining and relaxing. The lanai roof provides refreshing shade from the sunlight and is an excellent place for al fresco cooking on the gas barbecue provided. The entire deck and lanai area were also resurfaced in May 2006 with a lovely non-slip coating.
With a view to entertaining both our young and young at heart guests we have converted our garage into a fun filled games room complete with pool/air hockey and foosball tables, electronic dart board and cable TV with Sony Playstation 2. The family room has a 42" HD Plasma TV with High Definition digital cable and DVD player.
Our villa is fully equipped for your holiday requirements and has the benefit of a professional management company who will look after you. They are on call 24 hours a day to assist you with any little problems you may have and to help you to make the most out of your stay. A crib, high chair and stroller are provided free for the use of our very young guests. To ensure peace of mind for parents with young children we have fitted pool door alarms to every door that exits onto the pool
The Westridge community is situated just off of US Highway 27 in a delightfully peaceful location of the countryside with an abundance of wildlife, trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. Ideally located for easy access to all of the major attractions with shops, restaurants, fishing, boating, water sports and some of the best golf courses in the world.

Soak up the sun on the pool deck while the water gently trickles from the spa into the sparkling pool below. Settle down in the shade under the lanai with a good book or just watch the birds and small animals in their natural habitat. In these wonderful surroundings it is difficult to imagine that Disneyworld is so close that you can hear the fireworks at night. Unspoilt natural Florida plus Disney only 15 minutes away is simply paradise for all ages.
