The villa enjoys a very peaceful position with a large gas heated pool and jacuzzi.The pool can be floodlit and has a full array of pool furniture and a barbecue for dining al fresco on the lanai.Child safety alarm fitted on the pool door.
Fitted out to a high standard and fully equipped,the house accommodates up to 12 people in five bedrooms with two additional single sofa beds. The house has 2270 square feet of air conditioned open plan living space with vaulted ceilings.

The master queen bedroom has cable TV & VCR and a large en suite bathroom with walk in closet. A further queen double bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. A further double bedroom and two twin bedrooms share a third family bathroom.
The house is fully equipped including a cot,travel cot,barbecue,hairdryer and highchair for the use of guests.
