Our luxury villa in Orlando, completed in August 2005, adjoins the famous Florida Reunion Resort. The villa has its own private pool & Jacuzzi and an extended deck area, allowing plenty of space for sunbathing. There is also a covered Lanai, great for escaping the midday Florida sun or sitting around the table in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. Our villa backs on to conservation to the rear, giving extra privacy All linens & towels are provided. Our villa has an upgraded furniture package adding to its luxury and comfort. The lounge has a 46' LCD full HD flat Screen TV and both masters have Flat Screen TVs. There is full air-conditioning/heating throughout plus ceiling fans in all the rooms. With two master en suite bedrooms & two twin bedrooms serviced by a third bathroom, & the additional sofa bed in the lounge that sleeps two, this villa is the perfect choice where parties up to 10 people can enjoy their Florida/Disney vacation.

4 bedrooms sleep 10. There is a sofa bed in the 5th bedroom which is used as an additional lounge/family room. 2 master bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms and flat screen LCD TV's. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are both twins and share a full bathroom.
There is also a second living room offering that adult escape for relaxation and an additional flat screen TV while the children watch TV or play on the Playstation in the main living area - or indeed it could be used by younger guests as their 'chill out' room. This extra living room could also be used as an extra bed room as it has a sofa bed. All rooms are on one level, with sliding doors leading from the living room to the pool area.The pool area is fully screened to keep insects out.The villa is only 10 min from Disney and 5 min from Champions Gate Golf course - one of Florida's finest. In order to keep our villa clean and fresh for all our guests we have adopted a no smoking, no pets policy. We are confident you will enjoy your Florida stay at our luxury vacation home.
20% deposit at time of booking. Balance to be paid in full 10 weeks prior to arrival date.
$250.00 Security deposit will be held on a Credit Card and will be refunded on departure after property has been checked for any Damage or Breakages.
Payments can be done by Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
Prices are for the property per week in GBP Sterling.
Discounts available for longer term rentals. Min 7 nights during peak dates.
Check in 4pm. Check out 11.00am. Changeover days are flexible.
High Chairs and cots are charged at $25.00 per rental.
Late Check outs can be arranged if available and charged at $50.00 up until 2pm

We are located just 10 min from Disney with all its attractions. Downtown Orlando is just a short drive away. Just a minute walk from the villa there is a children's playground with swings and slides. The famous shopping malls Premium Outlets, The Florida Mall and The Mall of Millenia are all within a 20 - 35 min drive. The beautiful Cocoa beach is only 45 min drive and Clearwater is only 1 hours drive away so plenty for the family to do. Sandy Ridge is only 10 min from Disney and other Florida Theme parks and attractions. There is also an abundance of golf courses near the villa Champions Gate being the closest- just 5 minutes away. Nearby there are Italian, Chinese,and French restaurants, a Subway and Mcdonalds. There is also an excellent Publix supermarket. Orlando International Airport is just 30 min away and Sanford Airport 45 min, allowing easy access to Florida and the Disney area.
