Situated in a quiet residential area, the villa is only minutes from downtown Sarasota and 15 minute drive from glorious Siesta Key, with some of the most beautiful white beaches in the world. Many waterfront restaurants and cafes. Close to many golf courses and shopping malls.
The villa is fully air-conditioned in all rooms and there are ceiling fans in the lounge and all of the bedrooms. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people. The Master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk in wardrobe and full en-suite facilities. The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The third bedroom has twin beds with a fitted wardrobe. There is a second bathroom with bath and shower. Hair-dryers provided in both bath-rooms with towels for both bath and beach.

A deposit of £100 is required upon booking, Balance and refundable Security Deposit £75 is 8 weeks prior to departure.
Discount on 3 week stay or longer and Gap fillers are available on request.

The villa has its own solar-heated/heated (electric pool heater for the winter months) private pool, which is fully screened to protect you from the insects, yet still allowing you to catch the sun.
The pool is 28ft in length and 16ft wide. There are sun loungers and easy chairs. During those sunny days, relax around the pool on the full-length loungers or just 'read the book' under the umbrella. In the warm evenings dine al-fresco with the table and seating for six. A BBQ is available.
The property is all one level and suitable for wheel users with full access to all rooms. Bathroom, shower and toilet are large enough for use however would need assistance.

Private pool 28ft by 16ft - solar heated - free (throughout April - October) Electric heating can be provided from November to March and an additional cost.
