The laundry room has large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
All bedrooms have cable television, ceiling fans, walk in closets, hangers and all linen (including towels) is provided.
The family room has a 42 inch LCD Cable TV complete with Fox Sport channel, a DVD / CD player /Tuner, a selection of films and CDs are available for your enjoyment. The living room also has Cable TV, Playstation 2 and games. A telephone is installed which provides for all Local, Long distance and International telephone calls free of charge.
The games room is equipped with an 8 foot professional slate bed pool table, air hockey and foosball.

Countryside at Tuscan Ridge is a beautiful development which combines residential with vacation homes, with a clubhouse, volleyball and children's play area.
