Sunridge woods is a peaceful friendly community, where the properties have larger than average plots. The house has been individually furnished in a contemporary style, blending European and Floridian tastes. This has created a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. You will also benefit from full air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. For your entertainment there's a surround sound system which will offers DVD, CD and radio and Cable TV. You will find cable TV in all the bedrooms, as well as a DVD player and PC with wireless broadband in in the master bedroom and a Sony PlaStation 2 in the second bedroom which will also play DVD and CD. We have provided a selection of games, board games, books, CDs and DVDs. We've recently added a foosball table and air hockey table. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 8 people and all linens and towels are provided, including towels for the pool. The pool area overlooks a pond, it is not overlooked and has a lanai.
All linens & towels for both inside and outside use are provided. There are laundry facilities with iron & ironing board. There is a range of children's pool toys, please take care of your own and your children's safety when using the pool. The door access to the pool is fitted with an alarm for the safety of your children. In addition to the games in the house you will find a foosball table and air hockey table in the garage. For the welfare of all guests we politely request no smoking anywhere on the property, we would strongly recommend that smokers do not book this property, as there are plenty of home owners who welcome smokers. We do not accept pets of any size , as we try to maintain a low allergen environment.
