Executive villa with pool sleeps 8 close to theme parks, golf and shopping malls
The villa, built in 2005, is situated in a quiet no through road, meaning peace and relaxation after a busy day sightseeing It is extremely comfortable and well furnished with the fully screened pool area facing west which means you get the glorious Florida sun all day long. Sandy Ridge also has a communal children's play area.
Our villa is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and over 1600 square feet of living space; all four bedrooms are a generous size. In addition, there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper and love seat along with 3 bathrooms. It will comfortably accommodate 8-10 people and is air-conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms.
The open plan living room has a vaulted ceiling with wide-screen cable TV, DVD player and a PlayStation games console. There is a comfortable dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has large oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, large dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Additional information about rental rates:
We require a deposit of £100 to guarantee every booking.
We ask for a returnable security deposit of £150.00 ($240.00) which will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the end of your vacation assuming there is no damage, of course.
Should you require pool heating, we charge £15.00 ($24.00) per day or £90.00 ($145.00) per week
Cribs and the bedding for cribs are charged at £15.00 ($24.00) per week

Your villa was just what we needed, a home away from home! The only negative that I can comment on was that we had to actually come home!, and it was too short a stay. Sandy Ridge Resort Area Information
Our villa is situated in the newly developed conservation area of Sandy Ridge with it's numerous lakes, nature trails and stunning wildlife. Just two miles down the road is a new shopping mall which includes a huge Publix, take away restaurants and a 24 hours CVS pharmacy. A further miles will bring you to the I4 and the Champions Gate Mall with it's Walgreen, Publix, Chillis, Macdonalds, ATM and many more shops. Disney World is only 15 minutes drive with Universal just 20 minutes and Sea World 25 minutes drive away. That means you're just 25 minutes from the brand new Harry Potter World! If you prefer to be relaxing on a beach, Cocoa Beach to the East is a 55 minute drive while Tampa on the Gulf Coast is just over an hour away. Don't forget the fabulous Busch Gardens Theme Park on the way to Tampa. Golf courses, huge shopping malls and outlets, along with fantastic wildlife - what about an air boat ride through the Everglades - all these are just a short drive away.
