This is a beautiful 5 bed 4 bath fully air conditioned villa with its own heated pool.
This airy villa is set on 2 floors and sleeps 10. The villa comprises of a spacious family room with large HD TV and a very large comfy leather sofa. The TV has hundreds of channels including UK sport.
There is free WiFi at the villa. ( just bring your laptop)
There is a games room with pool table, air hockey and table football.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite with separate bath and walk in shower, large walk in closet and king sized bed.
The second master is en-suite with a queen sized bed.
The third bedroom which is upstairs is a double bedroom en-suite.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are twins and share a bathroom.
There is a travel cot and high chair in the villa for your use at no extra cost.
Additional information about rental rates
£100 deposit is required to secure booking.
Balance is due 8 weeks before departure.
A security deposit of £150 is required with the balance. This is against any damage to the villa. (not normal wear and tear)
Pool heat is additional to the above rates at £60 a week. Pool heat in not put on in July and August

The villa is in an ideal location, 15 minutes form Disney and 25 minutes from Universal. Local supermarket is 5 minutes away and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The new shopping complex of Posner Park is 5 minutes away, where there is Wal Mart, J C Penney and many other shops. This is also a perfect location for many of the other tourist attractions in Orlando. There are also plenty of golf courses within the local area. If you fancy a day at the beach, the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are a 90 minute drive away.
