This villa with its own pool and spa (can be heated) is air conditioned throughout. It is furnished for your every need including cable TV in every bedroom and in the great room.Full games room in garage. A DVD player with some films and a X Box games console with a selection of games suitable for all ages is also provided. There is also a portable CD/radio so you can enjoy music in the house or by the pool. The master bedroom with king size bed has walk in closet and a huge master bathroom. The bathroom also has a hairdryer provided.The second bedroom with queen size bed master suite has its own bathroom. The remaining twin bedrooms share a "jack and jill" bathroom which is thoughtfully divided to give privacy and flexibility. As an extra for the younsters we offer an option of Disney Princess or Toy Story bedding if they want, plus we have lost of extras for the youngest guests. The great room consists of the kitchen which is fully equipped for all your needs, 2 dining areas to eat in and a seating area with a sleeper sofa. There are doors out to the screened pool from the master bedroom and the great room.Extended pool deck to provide even more sunbathing space- one of the few pool areas that you can sunbathe or sit all the way around the pool- great for keeing an eye on the children. Highgate Park has a childrens play area and a tennis court and so we have also provided tennis raquets and balls. There is both a washer and dryer for your use. All towels and linen are provided. This property is fully managed and they have a 24hr emergency service if needed. Located on the prestigious gated community of Highgate Park at Legacy Park on Highway 27, close to the junction with the 192. This villa is ideally placed to visit all the attractions of Orlando and close enough to the major highways to explore the Space and Gulf coasts as well. We have installed a key lock box and will give you the entry code on payment of the balance. No need to worry about going off to collect keys after a long flight or if your flight is delayed - the villa is always ready to welcome you. Full driving instructions will also be sent to you before departure including codes for Highgate Park, the villa and the monitored alarm system at the home. Please also note our Home Owners association pays for security to routinely patrol our community - don't panic if you see them- but your safety and security is taken very seriously.
